Gourmet Garden Pasta Salad
- 1 lb box Penne Pasta
- 1/2 cup Lehmann Farms Marinated Asparagus – Diced
- 1/2 cup Lehmann Farms Dill Bean-O’s – Diced
- 1/2 cup Lehmann Farms Pitted Queen Olives – Sliced
- 1/2 cup Lehmann Farms Hot Pickled Baby Corn – Diced
- 1 pkg Cherry Tomatoes – Sliced in Half
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper – Chopped
- 1/2 cup Grated Pamesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic – Diced
- 1-2 dashes Hot Pepper Sauce
- Cook pasta cording to package directions.
- Drain and run undercool water for 1-2 minutes.
- In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.
- in large bowl, add cooked drained pasta, Lehmann Farms Vegetables, cherry tomatoes and red bell pepper.
- Mix in Mayonnaise and blend well. Toss with parmesan cheese.
- Refrigerate until serving.
